Return policy

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. Items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact us on our contact page and we will e-mail a return verification number.

Fancy Flyers.com will not refund shipping charges for returned items, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Fancy Flyers.com can only accept returns/exchanges that were purchased on the Fancy Flowers.com website. 

Credits to your charge card  

Credit card refunds will only be posted to the credit card used on the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date that your return has been received by Fancy Flyers.com for your account to be credited. If you made a purchase using a check or money order, your refund will arrive in 2-3 weeks of receipt of your return.

Fancy FGlyers.com reserves the right to either credit the original credit card or send a certified bank check in the amount of the original purchase less shipping charges.

 

  How to make a return or exchance

 

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact us through our e-mail addresse at info@fancyflyers.com

  1. Indicate the reason for the return and action we should take. For example, if you changed your mind and wish to make an exchange, please let us know what item you desire instead by telling us the SKU, product description and price of the new item.

  2. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Include the Return/Exchange verification number we assign. Packages must be returned prepaid. We recommend you insure all packages. Fancy Flyers.com cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
